I sure do admire Olympic athletes! These folks dedicate themselves to excellence! They train their bodies and minds to be the best possible on any day in their given sport. Most train six to eight hours per day, six days per week!

We aren’t going to train that hard, but we will be getting ready for our own GMA Olympics. We will have the Olympics July 18, 2016 through July 28 2016.

Our events will include things such as: three-legged race, sack race, jumping jacks, sit-ups, pushups, Frisbee tossing and more!

Medals will be awarded! We will start practicing in early July, and will have final competitions July 27th and 28th. This is going to be great!
