Pilates Fundamentals train all of the muscles of the body to gain strength in the manner they were designed to perform. The exercises are designed to promote a balanced musculoskeletal system, resulting in core strength, flexibility, good posture and improved body awareness. Muscles are toned and tightened, breathing improved, and stress reduction is enhanced.
Pilates classes are available in 9 week sessions, although students may train ongoing. A 9 week class is $65.00. Class is offered on Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m. Beginner/Intermediate Pilates class Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
Students may add additional days for an additional cost. Join at any time and recieve a pro-rated amount for time left in a session. Classes are taught by Instructor Kelly M. Perkins.
