Tai Chi / Nei Wai Chia Kung-Fu

Is taught by Mr. Mark Herbert and Ms. Julie Evans. Tai Chi is renowned for the healing, calming benefits brought to its practitioners. In addition, students gain strength and flexibility. One of the great benefits of Tai Chi is stress release offered by the graceful, flowing moves. Martial applications are also taught.

Program Details

Classes meet Monday and Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m.; Friday evenings at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m.  Two weeks are offered for free and the ongoing monthly fee is $50.00. Class can be joined at any time. Just wear loose clothing and come on in!
